As the year comes to a close, I’m pressing pause and soaking it all in. This year flew by—full of lessons learned, meaningful moments, unexpected twists, and yes, a few flaming hoops (because entrepreneurship). Through it all, there was growth, gratitude, and a whole lot of heart. 🌱
I’m especially proud of what I’ve built this year. As a one-of-a-kind holistic nurse and educator, I create continuing education that’s engaging, science-backed, and deeply human. My courses—and my new 5-course bundle—are designed for nurses who love learning and want to go beyond the basics. They’re not for everyone, and that’s intentional. They are for nurses who want to elevate their practice, expand their toolkit, and care for the whole person—patients and themselves included.
What makes my work different is simple: it’s real. No AI voiceovers. No boring slides to read. Every course is crafted by me, grounded in lived experience and evidence-based practice, and infused with holistic tools like aromatherapy, EFT tapping, and journaling—modalities that support both clinical care and personal well-being (and are actually fun to learn).
While my courses are created for nurses, my blog posts and newsletter are for everyone. If you’re curious about holistic health, interested in upleveling your wellness, or simply enjoy practical, grounded ways to feel better in your daily life—you’re warmly invited to read along.
As we shed the Year of the Snake and step into the momentum of the Year of the Horse, I’m energized for what’s ahead. Year two is just getting started, and I’m also wrapping up my aromatherapy certification, with consultations launching in Q1.
